Great pizza and great service top notch service

Pizza is great and salad is the freshest. Never had a bad meal at the one in FNDA or JAX.

AMAZING! We had the White pizza and it was so good! The medium looks like a large. Great portion for price, more than worth it!

Great pizza, very well priced. Ask for “thin crust”. Which means they stretch a medium to a large size crust. Great sauce also. If you get toppings, they are really generous with them. First time I could ever say that! Very nice staff also. Great place!

If you are getting San Marzono tomatoes & parmagiana reggiano cheese I could better rationalize the $ 23 price tag ! No, you are getting boring pizza sauce, mediocre cheese, and ordinary toppings on top of soggy pizza crust. Underwhelming !

Best pizza place on the island. Pizza was excellent and closest thing you’re going to get to New Jersey pizza. Was recommended to us as an “old school hole in the wall pizza place “ with great food. My kind of place! Staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. We visited when they weren’t too busy and were served quickly. We’ll be back.

This is my favorite favorite pizza place, you can order by the slice, medium, large pizza.Salads and calzones are also good.

I was really disappointed to see one of my favorite places were not following state guidelines in these difficult times. NONE of the employees had a mask on!! Including the ones cooking your food!

Excellent pizza joint!!Delicious ingredients with a big crust. It's the type that you'll want to eat all the way through. The staff is friendly and the decor is comfortable. They have calzones, salads, and of course, pizza.I would definitely come back. It might be the best pizza on Amelia Island.

Decent pizza, but not anything unforgettable. The salads were pretty good. It's a good place for a quick bite for lunch.

They gluten free pizza was delicious! They accomodates the price for toppings on a gluten-free which I appreciated. Only problem was they sent it out with a breaded eggplant topping on accident which of course defeats the whole purpose of ordering gluten free ( mine is an allergy)

Food was excellent, good value. Staff was very nice. The only issue was they charged for ice tea refills. $2.50. Never experienced this before at any casual restaurant. After all it’s just water and teabags.

The food was DELICIOUS! Some of the best pizza I've ever had. I love that you could order and customize a slice of anything on the menu. The staff was great too! Would highly recommend.

Out here in vacation from South Dakota and asked someone where to eat they quickly said Moon River Pizza. Drove the 45 minutes from Kingsland Ga. to see the beach and get some great pizza. Fast and friendly staff great food. Thank you.

Pizza was excellent. Great crust, if you like it thicker. They do take cards in spite of what the listing says. I called in an order for takeout and the wait was an hour. They are good, so they are busy.

New York style but better! 7.8 and would recommend!

Service is great! Super hospitable. The Best Pizza on the island! It takes a few min for it to come out but it's well worth it! I like getting some of there made form scratch marinare sauce on the side to dip my crust in.

Very busy when I picked up a partially cooked pie. Because they're closed on Superbowl Sunday. WHAT????? Pizza was pretty good, I want to give them another shot for a freshly baked pie. Not NYC but not bad.Went back for sit down service. Great casual dining with energetic wait staff. BTW, they do take credit cards. Pizza was VERY good and overall, great value. We'll be back real soon.

Moon River Pizza!! Hand tossed, twirled, your choice of condiments. Very good sweet tea, soda fountain if course for soft drunks. Good choices of beer bottle or tap. Nice selection of wine by bottle or glass. Mixed seating with booths and tables. Wait staff are efficient and fun and service is great. All the good Italian entrees ie: Calamari, salads, bread sticks and PIZZA!! We like it.

Hands down a local favorite!!! One bite and you will know why!

I have two favorite pizza places and this is my first choice. Perfect crust, fresh toppings, great service! Check the actual sizes first, because a large is what I would consider an extra large and a medium a large. My wife and I split a large and couldn't finish it.

Best Island pizza for over twenty years Can't beat lunch special, serves beer and wine. Very friendly courteous staff.

Moon River is authentic and unpretentious. Their sauce, crust, and cheese are fantastic. A friend also enjoys their gluten-free crust.

Another wonderful might at a local MUST-DO pizza joint. T-Rex (all meat) and a Greek salad. Best food, best staff, best atmosphere. Don't miss out.

$39 for a medium and a large, plus $5 for tip. Will be good lunch leftovers!!. great food! Cool vibe!

Some of the best fresh handmade pizza I have ever eaten. Great customer service, wait staff checked on me occasionally, giving me plenty of time to enjoy the food and the friendly atmosphere. Would gladly recommend to any and all my friends. The slides are very nicely sized. The salads are fresh and taste great. Nice fresh salad to go with a hot well made pizza.

If you're on the island and you want pizza then check to see if Moon River is open. I say that only because it seems like whenever I want Moon River if I'm down for a holiday, they're closed! But honestly—the wait is worth it.

Moon River Pizza has been serving maybe the best pizza in Northeast Florida for at least a couple of decades. Excellent Pizza and salads made traditionally from fine ingredients are combined to create gourmet tastes. The restaurant is casual and hip. The menu is painted blackboard style on the wall. Orders are placed at the register near the entrance and served at your table. Beer and wine, soft drinks and awesome tea are available. Service has always been cheerful, often humorous. Local artists' work adorn the other walls which could otherwise be considered drab. Don't let the appearances or the tiny strip mall location fool you; there's some great pizza in there!

Very flavorful!

To start off our first time experience...the cashier who takes your order was very rude and not helpful at all! She made us repeat our order like she wasn't even listening and was staring at us with this disgusted look on her face the whole time! We wanted to walk out but didn't want her to ruin it for us. So we finished ordering and sat down. The service was quick and the waitresses were nice. The pizza slices were huge and very filling with all the toppings. The prices were good as well. We might be back as long as that girl is not there!

This pizza is so delicious! The best part is that you can also order by the slice, which I love because you can try different things and not be saddled with an entire pizza you're not going to finish. The slices are pretty big. I ordered 2 and could only eat 1.5. My BF had to finish mine. They also have a small but good beer selection on drafts and tons of bottles. The only thing I would change, is that the prices of their items are outdated on the menu and some on the board. So I paid a few dollars more than I was expecting. But the pizza and service was excellent! Would definitely go back.

Pizza is always on point best dough. Nice and thin crust super crispy. Best pizza on island if I do say so myself

Very good pizza here, for the area. But the calzones are the specialty. Overall a great place.
